About a hundred students along with the enthusiastic staff performed "Surya Namaskar" today .Sun Salutation or Salute to the Sun, is a practice in yoga as exercise incorporating a flow sequence of some twelve gracefully linked asanas. The asana sequence in 12 major steps in 5 sets were performed by the students of IX -X wing.
