  Hindi Day was celebrated with great pomp at RPS Public School Dharuheda of the best school-branch of education world "RPS Group of Schools". Many cultural programs were organized on this occasion. Chief Guest of the program was Principal Mrs. Ramanpreet Kaur and special guest Mrs. Pushpa Rath, Mrs. Santosh ji. The program was presided over by Senior Wing Head Dr. Sarla Singh.   Surya Namaskar , also known as 'The Ultimate Asana'. A Surya Namaskar Helps with weight loss. Strengthens muscles and joints. Improves complexion. Ensures a better functioning digestive system. Helps combat insomnia. It is Useful in treatment of frozen shoulders. About a hundred students along with the enthusiastic staff performed "Surya Namaskar" today .Sun Salutation or Salute to the Sun, is a practice in yoga as exercise incorporating a flow sequence of some twelve gracefully linked asanas. The asana sequence in 12 major steps in 5 sets were performed by the students of IX -X wing.
